Stuff for FINAL

Hey all,

We have two weeks to really get to polishing our designs so here's a quick list of stuff you need in your presentation. Please try and make your presentation as clean as you can and post on this blog.


MISC.
  • Cover page (Give a good title to your story!)
  • Backgrounds (if you have)
  • Reference page for your designs (put them before showing each character)

REALISTIC
  • CHARACTERS
    • Character Lineup  (all 3 characters on 1 page)
    • Character Turnarounds (all 3 characters on separate pages)
  • PROP
    • Rough ideations
    • Turnarounds (1 prop)
CARTOON
  • CHARACTERS
    • Character Lineup  (all 3 characters on 1 page)
    • Character Turnarounds (all 3 characters on separate pages)
  • PROP
    • Rough ideations
    • Turnarounds (1 prop)

Notes on Compositions


Don't make most of your pages look like this, since it gets boring 
(the z's are there cus this kind of composition puts you to sleep)
Design your compositions with intent and lead the eye for example:
The way they lead the eye is thru patterns and curves



Another way to do it is using BIG MEDIUM SMALL to group which one grabs your attention

Stuff like this is even prevalent in comic books and leads your eye to the page. If you don't have it, the viewer will get board and look at something else
